ULTRASENSE EA is composed of liquid soy phosphatides with ellagic acid plasma activator for use in the determination of the activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) in citrated plasma and related coagulation procedures.
This aPTT reagent is especially suited for the detection of activity deficiencies in Factor's VIII, IX, XI & XII. Therefore particularly suited to Intrinsic Factor assays and the monitoring of heparin anticoagulant therapy. ULTRASENSE EA is supplied in the following kit sizes:
